- In BizX go to 'Admin Center' section.
- Under 'Manage Employees' hover the mouse over 'Set User Permissions' and click 'Manage Permission Roles'
- Enter a Role Name (1), Click Permissions (2), in the Permission setting section click 'General User Permissions' (3), select the 'Jam Access' tickbox, and click 'Done'
