How do I fix mySASKTEL WIFI?

  1. Make sure your computer is securely connected to your gateway (2Wire, Pace, or Actiontec) by an Ethernet cable.
  2. Unplug your power cord to the gateway for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  3. Wait 2 minutes for your gateway to reboot.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Run the speed test again to see if your Internet speed improved.
