How do I pay my SCOPAY bill?

Can I get my money back from SCOPAY?
As with all online retailers, we offer a 7 day cooling off period (from the date the customer receives the goods) during which a refund is offered. This applies to physical goods only. In order to receive a refund, the customer must return the goods to the school, at which point the payment will be refunded.
How do I find my SCOPAY link code?
A link code is a series of letters and numbers that uniquely identifies a child. The code can be used once to link a child to an online account - it cannot be re-used. A link code can be found on the access letter given to you by your child's school.
How do I order meals on SCOPAY?
Go to www.scopay.com/gillotts and follow the “register as a new user” link then follow the instructions. You will need to enter your name, email and postal addresses and a unique link code for your child. You will not need your bank details, as you will be prompted to enter card details each time you make a payment.
