You can either submit a reading by logging into your online account or you can send us your reading using the 'Contact us' banner above. You should submit a read every quarter during your reading window detailed on your FiT plan.

To view your FIT ID number log in to MyFIT. Click on the triangle next to your name on the right-hand side of the MyFIT top navigation and your FIT ID number will be displayed.
