I’m a new user of shein.com. But have friends and family who love it’s. I signed up yesterday after making a large order. But so far I have no confirmation email stating my order has been placed (I wasn’t able to get the order number so no help there), I have tried signing into the website and app but both say my password is wrong (which it isn’t). Does it take a while to be able to log in as a new user? Am I supposed to get a confirmation email first and then log in? Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to download the shein application a few weeks ago and it refused to open saying there was an error. I tried accessing the website but it said: (Your request is not compliant and has been blocked by us). I was confused because I had downloaded the application once before and had no problems with it. I left it for a few weeks and now I tried accessing the website again but I'm having the same problem. I tried 2 different devices with 2 different google accounts and the problem is persisting. I even tried both chrome and microsoft edge browsers + I cleared the browser's data and disabled all extensions but nothing worked. What should I do?

I can’t reset my password. Also my back account got hacked while you were doing my refund and you owe me 96 to 98 $ …I was trying to log into to resolve that issue. But now I can’t access my account on my iPad it won’t let me change the password. Then if I choose your ok, then I try and sign into the app and it won’t let me. I just want my account back and to purchase more clothes or get a refund , thanks
