Does Shell Energy charge exit fees?
If you or we end this Contract before 10 February 2022 we may charge an early exit fee of £50 per fuel. Billing You will receive a bill every three months or more frequently if we notify you otherwise.
How do you leave the Shell Energy?
To leave our supply, you'll need to make an application to switch to your new chosen supplier in the same way you did when you switched to us. Your new supplier will handle the switch and inform us of your final meter readings so that we can close your account correctly.
