Login. If this is your first time logging in to MyCBE, enter the email address that CBE uses to contact you and a link to set your password will be sent to you. If you've logged in before and need to reset your password, enter the email address that you use to log in to your account.

How do I get into my cloud account?
To access files from any compatible web browser:
- Go to www.mycloud.com.
- Login with your MyCloud.com account credential.
- From the device listing menu, select your My Cloud device.
- Navigate and click on the file and folder to access your content.
