Simply Healthcare Plans is pleased to provide its members with an Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drug Catalog Program. The supplemental benefit of Over-the-Counter medications and supplies can help you save money on over 100 items like pain relievers, cold medications, dental care and first aid supplies.
How do you use OTC at CVS?
To get started, simply use this catalog to select the item(s) you want, then order online or by phone, and we'll ship your order directly to your door. The OTC Benefit is reset once every three months (quarterly). You can only place one order per quarter. Any unused benefit does not roll over to the next quarter.
How do I order an OTC catalog?
You may place your order by calling (888) 628-2770 (TTY: 711). Live agents are available to help you Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific time. You can also order 24/7 via our automated interactive voice response (IVR) system.
What is the OTC program?
The OTC plus Card, with a new design for 2022, is a benefit you can use to purchase covered non-prescription health items like allergy medicine, cough drops, sleep aids and much more. You can also use your card to buy eligible healthy food items like dairy products, meats and more. Over 90,000 items are covered!
