How do you manage pictures on a skylight frame?
You need to:
- Open an email application like Yahoo/Gmail/Outlook.
- Compose an email.
- Find the attach button and choose the photos you want to send.
- Send the email to your Skylight email address. They will appear on the screen in less than 60 seconds!
How do you refresh a skylight frame?
Try resetting your frame, as well as reset your Wi-Fi router.
- Unplug the power adapter of the frame (while it is on) for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.
- Unplug the power adapters for your Wi-Fi router and modem for a couple of minutes, then plug them back in.

Skylight only needs wifi to get set up the first time and download photos to the frame. All other features will work without wifi. You can set up the frame for your loved one by connecting it to a wifi hotspot (using your phone or another tablet with a hotspot).

With 2.6GB of memory, the Skylight frame can hold approximately 1,000 photos, so you won't have to clear out older images too often.
