If you have an online account
  1. Access your account online.
  2. Select 'Submit a meter reading'
  3. Enter your current meter reading. Leave out any numbers after the decimal point or in red.
  4. Select 'Submit'. A confirmation message will pop up and you'll get an email too.

How do I check my smart meter balance SSE?

You can check the balance on your account any time by logging in to My SSE Airtricity online. If you've just made a top-up payment, please allow up to 3 working days for this to be reflected in your account.
