How do I log into Ncsecu?
To access our mobile site, you must first enroll in Member Access. Once you are enrolled in Member Access, visit our site on your mobile device, and you will automatically be redirected to our mobile site. You may also access our mobile site directly at m.ncsecu.org.
How do I check my balance on my SECU card?
Log in to Gift Card Manager to check your card's balance and transaction history. If you forget your password, you can also check your balance online, or by calling (866) 902-6082, and entering the gift card number and CVV code.
How do I find my voice response number?
The three-digit voice response number is a member chosen code, that allows access to our automated phone system, ASK SECU and also allows a member to register for an online member access account. For further assistance, please stop by your local branch office or call the contact center at 888-732-8562.
How do I find my account number on Ncsecu app?
You can find your Account Number (sometimes referred to as MICR number) by logging into Digital Banking (either desktop or the mobile app) and selecting the deposit account for which you would like the information. The Account Number will be listed in the Account Details tab.
