- Go to www.nowgatewayx.com/activate.
- Enter your unique NOW: Pensions contract ID and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY].

How do I find my current pension contract number?
If you've started work with an employer that uses our Scheme as its workplace pension, you'll get an email or letter explaining how to set up your online member account. This will have your NOW: Pensions contract ID, which is usually four letters plus 12 digits (for example, NPLT 0000-0000-0000).

How much does NOW: Pensions cost?
All members of the NOW: Pensions Trust ('the Scheme) pay three different charges. A monthly administration charge of £1.50 (£18 a year) which covers the cost of running the Scheme. An annual investment charge of 0.3% of the value of your savings. This covers the cost of investing your money and it doesn't change.
