How does sweat program work?
Tap your workout and you will see a music icon and “Pick a playlist”. Tap it to select your music provider. You can then follow the prompts to link your account to the Sweat app. You'll then be able to listen to your workout playlist as you exercise, providing you have a premium Spotify or Apple Music account.
