Who is tado owned by?

tado° was founded in Munich by Christian Deilmann, Johannes Schwarz and Valentin Sawadski in September 2011. The company name is derived from the Japanese salutation "tadaima" ("I'm back home") and "okaeri" ("Welcome back") since Geofencing has been the first key feature of the tado° system already in 2011.

Why is my tado not working?

If it is not working, please check that your router is powered and reset the router. This will usually resolve a temporary issue with the internet connection. If the internet connection is working, make sure that: your tado° Bridge is powered and connected to the router.

Does tado work with all boilers?

tado° works with most boilers. The only requirement for tado° to work with your boiler is that it communicates in a language that tado° can understand and process.

Tado keeps asking me to sign in every time I want to use it, I've tried using the beta version with no success does anybody have any ideas how to resolve this issue.
