How do I change my fleet Bolt?

To change your fleet, follow these steps:
  1. Contact our Support team to remove your account from the current fleet.
  2. Ask your new fleet owner to submit a new driver application for you. Once the application is submitted and reviewed by the local team, your account in the new fleet will be created.

How do I become a Bolt fleet owner?

If you have multiple vehicles, you can create or register your fleet on the Bolt platform. Please fill in the form on the website. Our local team will review the application as soon as possible and reach out to you with more information.

Can I use multiple cars with one account Bolt?

Fact: While Bolt drivers are able to have multiple cars on the platform (as long as each vehicle is registered against their name and has undergone inspection), drivers have to select the car they will be driving with before going online.

How do I log into my Bolt app?

First Login
  1. Open the Bolt Account email sent by your administrator.
  2. Navigate to the login page.
  3. Enter your Login Email.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Provide all of the following: Current Password: the temporary password provided in your Bolt Account email. ...
  6. Select Continue to log in.
