@TfLBuses @CPalmer06 Apologies for the late reply. So the driver did not stop to let you off when on diversion (such as at Little Ilford Lane bus stop), and only let you off after First Avenue? If so, I would suggest filling in this form (https://t.co/ysNG1f1yv4) as drivers should be stopping. ^W

@TfLBuses @CPalmer06 Hi, just checked, today is the first day of the roadworks, so they may have unplanned and short notice due to it being an emergency. Drivers should be stopping at all stops when on diversion, unless stated otherwise. Can you confirm where you tried to get off please? ^W

@TfLBuses @Thryduulf @TfL Hmm, this is strange. I can access all routes. I know that there are problems where the route apparently doesn't exist, but these are very rare (In 2019 the 65 wasn't showing for example). I suggest you email [email protected] as I don't know what else to suggest. ^W

Extra buses may not always be possible to keep the current service, so may be reduced, usually by no more than an extra 1 or 2 minutes wait. ^W
