How do I access TMS from home?
If you need assistance with TMS 2.0, or already have an account, call the VA Enterprise Service Desk (866) 496-0463.
- Go to the TMS 2.0 website.
- Enter the email address you used to enroll and click Submit.
- Elect to receive your one-time-passcode via email and click Submit.
- Enter the passcode and follow all instructions.
How do I log into TMS?
Launch your internet browser. Type the web address https://www.tms.va.gov into the browser's Address field and press the Enter key. The User Login page appears.
What is TMS username?
At this point you should make note of your TMS Username (which will be the Email Address that you entered). Once you click “submit”, the following User ID message will display. Click Continue to proceed.
How do I log into my VA email?
Select either Sign in with DS Logon or Sign in with My HealtheVet. Enter your existing DS Logon or My HealtheVet credentials to continue. The next page will notify you that an ID.me account will be created. Enter the email address you'd like to use for your ID.me account, and select Continue.
