If you are looking to cancel your membership and have fulfilled your minimum paying contract, you can do this online. If you joined after July 2020 you can do this in the App.

How do I reset my total fitness password?

Make sure you're using the email address associated to your Total Fitness membership. If you've forgotten your password, click the forgotten password link on the login screen of the App and this will redirect you to enter your email.

What does Total Fitness include?

The 5 components that make up total fitness are: Cardiovascular Endurance. Muscular Strength. Muscular endurance.
