How do I access my TPG account?
Accessing TPG My Account
Simply visit http://www.tpg.com.au/account. You can also visit https://www.tpg.com.au and click My Account at the top of the page. Log in using your TPG Username / Customer ID / Mobile or Home Phone Number and your TPG account password.
How do I check my TPG data usage?
Monitoring Your Usage Data
- Log into Your Account with your mobile number and password (the password you nominated during registration)
- Select View All Mobile Service Accounts.
- Click Mobile Usage under your current active mobile plan.
- Click on the billing period you wish to check your usage on.
How do I find my TPG username and password?
Visit TPG My Account. On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password” link and then enter your username or mobile number. Forgot both your username and mobile number? Contact our team at [email protected] from your registered email address.
How do I log into my Apple account?

- To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
