How do I log into my TPG account?
Accessing TPG My Account
Simply visit http://www.tpg.com.au/account. You can also visit https://www.tpg.com.au and click My Account at the top of the page. Log in using your TPG Username / Customer ID / Mobile or Home Phone Number and your TPG account password.
How do I check my balance on TPG mobile?

- Log into Your Account with your mobile number and password (the password you nominated during registration)
- Select View All Mobile Service Accounts.
- Click Mobile Usage under your current active mobile plan.
- Click on the billing period you wish to check your usage on.
How much data do I have left TPG?
Checking your mobile usage
Click on View All Mobile Service Accounts after you login to My Account. Click on Mobile Usage under the mobile service you wish to view. Click on the billing period you wish to check your usage on. Your usage for that billing period will then be displayed.
