How do I cancel TrainHeroic?
Cancel your Team subscription or trial:
- From the mobile app, select 'Account,' then the settings.
- Select 'My Training'
- Select the trashcan icon to the right of the Team/Program to cancel your subscription or trial.
- Select 'Delete' and confirm your cancellation.
Where do I enter my access code for TrainHeroic?
5 Steps to Connect with a new Team or coach In-app:
- Login to the mobile app.
- Select 'Account' then 'Settings'
- Select 'My Training'
- Select 'Enter Access Code' and Enter your Access Code.
