How is Trussle free?

We get paid by your lender when you complete your mortgage or remortgage. This is known as the "procuration" or "proc" fee. Most brokers, even the ones that charge you for their services, get a proc fee from the lender when they arrange a mortgage on your behalf.
Can a mortgage advisor get you a mortgage in principle?
Your mortgage advisor can provide you with an agreement in principle once you've provided the necessary information your advisor has asked for.
How long are buy to let mortgages taking?
Every case is unique however we see that on average, a buy to let purchase should receive a mortgage offer within 3-6 weeks, and completion another 4 weeks from then.
Does Trussle affect credit?
At Trussle we do not check credit history at the MIP stage.
Is it worth going through a mortgage broker?
