How do you use Trybooking?
Whether you choose to provide it in an email, link it to your website or social media platforms, or have it stated on printed material (posters or invitations). By simply clicking on the link or typing it into their address bar they'll go directly to your event and proceed with their booking.
How do I cancel a booking on Trybooking?
To refund and void all tickets in a particular booking:
- From the left menu, click Dashboard then under Booking & Refunds click Refunds.
- Select the name of the event the customer had booked to from the Event Name drop-down list.
- Enter in the First or Last Name of the booking you wish to refund, then click Search.
How do I add dietary requirements to Trybooking?
So open your event by clicking on Manage Events and select your event. Adding in Questions such a dietary requirements. Once you have selected your event click data collection. Under data collection you can add fields / questions for your patrons to complete, such as dietary requirements, name, table groups etc.
