At a Kiosk:
Go to any TymeBank Kiosk. Select 'Login' Enter your ID number. Select the option to Login with PIN.

- our SmartApp,
- USSD by dialling *120*543# or *130*543# (free of charge),
- WhatsApp on 0860 999 119,
- Any TymeBank Kiosk in a Pick n Pay or Boxer store,
- Any ATM (R2 fee applies), or.
- by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0860 999 119.

Can TymeBank receive international payments?
Are there any restrictions on using my card or account for international transactions? Yes, you may not use your account, directly or indirectly, for trading in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or for funding foreign currency trading or cryptocurrency accounts, unless approved by the Reserve Bank.
Can a foreigner open a TymeBank account?
We're a proudly digital bank so you don't need any documents to open an account. You'll just need to remember your registered South African ID number and have your cellphone with you to receive a one-time-pin (OTP).
