Pros: I enjoy what I do, and thank fully I have at least 1 manager I can trust. Cons: I can not trust anyone, communication is limited, there is no direction, no job promotion and you are not payed fairly to your work performance. They encourage their managers to hire for as low pay as they can get regardless of skill.
