For an agent to be featured on UpNest, you must have:
- A current license in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of active real estate experience.
- Demonstrated local market knowledge and expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
- Represented at least 6 transactions in the past 12 months.
What is UpNest referral fee?
At UpNest, we charge a 30% referral fee at the close of a successful transaction for selling a home, which is calculated based on the commission the agent receives (before the broker split) from the referral transaction.
