How do I reset my IMB password?
Internet Banking allows you to reset your password as long as you are registered for IMB SMS. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Reset Password' link to the right of the Member Number box on the 'Sign On' screen.

When you register for SMS, IMB will send required authentication codes direct to your registered mobile number, making it easier for you to manage your banking online. To register for SMS, simply call IMB on 133 462, 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday or call into your local IMB.
