How do I log into Vivint?

Go to the Vivint website (www.vivint.com) and click on Customer Login in the upper right corner. Click on Need an account? Enter your email address (this email must be the same that we have on file with your account). Retype your email to verify correct spelling.

Can you view Vivint on computer?

Yes, Vivint allows you to control the home automation and home security features from your computer. You can easily look at the system status, check live video feeds, control smart home devices, and arm and disarm the security system remotely.

Why can't I log into my Vivint account?

If you can't log in, there's something wrong with your email or password. Request a password reset by clicking the link on the sign-in screen.

How do I view my Vivint camera online?

Vivint Classic App - View Live Camera Feed
  1. Login using the email address and password you set up during installation.
  2. Press the video icon from the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the camera you wish to see from the pop out menu.
  4. To view live Video, select the Live tab and press play on the camera you would like to view.
