How do I find my VOXI number?

Forgotten your number? Dial *#100# from your mobile to view it.

How do I set up a VOXI account?

Connect to WiFi and text WEB to 40127 (free from your VOXI mobile). You'll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way. You'll receive a second text containing the settings - simply follow the instructions and save the settings to complete the setup.

How do I check my VOXI data usage?

Just sign in to VOXI to see how much data you have left, and how long before your plan refreshes. Remember, data for selected social and chat apps is endless.

Can I get a refund on VOXI?

If a Product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we'll simply exchange it for a brand new one or you can return the Product and get a full refund as set out above. If a Product develops a fault after 30 days of purchase, we'll try and repair the Product for you, otherwise we will replace it.

How do I check my credit on VOXI?

New simcard not working & can't log into my account. I've just signed up to voxi activated sim, bought a plan but simcards still not working, network not registering at all & when I try & log in my account it keeps saying passwords not correct & they want to send a code, but I can't get a code because simcards not working & I don't know the phone no& when I said to put in a name or personal data its just saying not recognised. What can I do? I'm paying for something I can't use & can't find out why? & it's been over 24hours I bought & activated my simcard last Thurs please help thanks
