How do I request a refund? You can request a refund, by contacting IDT Financial Services at [email protected] from your registered WeSwap email address with the following details: Account holder name. The name of your bank (e.g. Barclays) used to load your OLD WeSwap account.

How do I install WeSwap?

Use your regular debit card and load your account via the app or web dashboard. Load by Apple Pay via the app. Make a bank transfer and load your account using the details provided on the load page via the app or web dashboard – this will take 24 hours (if registered in the UK) to be loaded onto your account.
