@mebank @scurvygamerwife Just to clarify, the issue with double charges sits with the merchant's system, and it's Mastercard that's holding the funds for 10 days, not ME. However, if you call ME on 13 15 63 when this happens, we can usually release the funds from the cards system for you. Thanks, Izzy

As we've had two public holidays this week, this is likely the reason for the delay. If the funds were sent over the long weekend, you should see them before today is over! - Lana
