Does Sling TV include local channels?

Unlike the other guys, Sling won't make you pay for local channels. Your available local news, sports like NFL Football, and more are FREE when you pair your Sling subscription with an HD antenna (sold separately).

Can you get local channels on Sling without an antenna?

With only a handful of exceptions related to Fox and NBC local DMAs, local channels are only available streaming with your Sling TV service when you have installed an AirTV device and connected an HD antenna.
