How do I log into swoop?
Log into your Swoop Account:
- Click the Log into My Swoop Account button above.
- You'll be taken to the Swoop forgot password page. Use the email address you have on file with Agero for the Username or email field and click the Send Link button.
- You'll be sent an email to reset your password.

How do I check my swoop credits?
You can see your credit in your Swoop account, as well as the booking flow the next time you purchase a flight. When can I use my credit? Credits must be used within 24 months of being issued, but travel dates can extend beyond the 24-month window.
How much does it cost to cancel a flight with swoop?
If you are within 24 hours of making a booking and more than seven days from departure you can cancel at no cost. Under our standard change policy, changes being made 3 days (72 hours) or more from departure, and less than 7 days from departure, incur a fee of $150 per passenger per segment.
