To be eligible for free XOLAIR from the Genentech Patient Foundation, insured patients who have coverage for their medicine must have exhausted all other forms of patient assistance (including the XOLAIR Co-pay Program and support from independent co-pay assistance foundations) and must meet certain financial criteria.

You will pay the first $5 for your drug out-of-pocket cost and/or the first $5 for your injection out-of-pocket cost. *EOBs must be submitted within 365 days of the date of service. You can use the program with a specialty pharmacy for drug assistance only.
