You can't change your Login ID once your account has been created and the ID has been allocated to you. This is because, User IDs have to be created and updated on the exchange. Once the unique client code is updated on the exchange, it isn't possible to change it.

When you open an account with us, you will receive your Zerodha User ID via your registered email address. On business days, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., you can phone our help desk if you forget your user ID. Alternatively, you may submit a support ticket through our website.
