How do I register Barclays app without PINsentry?

You'll only need to use a PINsentry card reader when you register for the Barclays app. If you don't have one, you can complete your registration at one of our cash machines or in branch. Once you're registered, you won't need to use the PINsentry device again for any of the app's services.

Why does Barclays app have no PINsentry?

Once you've registered for the app, it can take up to 10 days for Mobile PINsentry to be activated in the app. A pop-up message will appear during login to let you know when Mobile PINsentry is available.

How do I access my Barclays account online?

You can check your accounts online by registering for Online Banking. If you've registered, you can log in securely using the button in the top right-hand corner of every page on Barclays.co.uk. You can also download the Barclays app and securely check and manage your accounts from your smartphone or tablet.

How do I get a new Barclays PINsentry?

To get started, visit Online Banking – then select 'Order PINsentry card reader' or 'Upgrade to PINsentry', under 'Order' in the 'Service centre' menu.
