Hello there.

I have a big problem with my account. Please help. I pawned my old phone and lost it. I bought a new device. I have access to the email of my old account, I reset the password but every time I try to log in, although the password is correct, I get the same message "this email is already registered with this email" but I try to log in to my old account , not to create a new account. Why do I get this error and can't connect to my old account if I have access to my email and password? Please help. How can I fix this?
