Why can't I access my BDO Mobile Banking?
Why can't I see my enrolled accounts on BDO Mobile Banking? If you are getting a "No active accounts." message, please ensure that you have enrolled accounts in BDO Online Banking and that your internet connection is stable.
Why is BDO Online Banking locked?
Can I still access my account if I have mistakenly typed my OTP or if it has expired already? For your own security, your Online Banking account will be locked after several wrong attempts. You have to call BDO Customer Contact Center to reset your account.
