How do I check the status of my Blue Badge application?
You can check the progress of your Blue Badge application by logging into our Blue Badge Customer Portal. You'll need your application reference number to hand, which can be found on the confirmation email you received when you submitted your application.
How do I get a digital photo for my Blue Badge?
How can I provide a photo? You can upload the photo with your application. If you are not able to upload your photograph when applying then you can email it to us via [email protected]. It must be a taken in the last 12 months, clear and front facing picture of the applicant's full face.
Will my Blue Badge be automatically renewed?
Renewing a Blue Badge
To prevent misuse, we do not automatically send a new one to you. To renew your badge you will need to make a new application. You must reapply each time that a new badge is issued to you unless your badge is lost or stolen.
Do I have to pay to renew my Blue Badge?
When applying for a Blue Badge or renewing an expired one, you will need to make a £10 administration payment. We will contact you to process the payment once your blue badge is approved.
