@BNZ @eadz Hey Eaden, security for BNZ internet banking needs 2 step authentication or a NetGuard card. However this only remains secure if you do not share it with others. Our app also has a security setting which does not allow transfers until 1 hour after signing in.  Cheers ^TW

@BNZ @ripeka123 Kia ora Ripeka Apologies, what password/service were you seeing this limitation? Passwords for internet banking service MUST be at least 6 characters, include 1 number and 1 letter. Passwords with internet banking can normally extend past 8 characters. Cheers! ^Carmen

@BNZ @nzpolkermit As I said, we don't add surcharges to transactions made within New Zealand. If the merchant is adding their own surcharge on top of the price that is advised on their terminal, that is something within the control of the merchant and/or the merchant's bank. ^MB

@BNZ @nzpolkermit The only transactions that BNZ adds a surcharge to are those made to overseas merchants in accordance with our Ts and Cs. If the merchant is adding their own surcharge, I'd agree that they should be giving notice at the least, but this isn't something within BNZ's control. ^MB
