How do I log in to my Deliveroo account?
To log in you'll just need the email address that you have registered with Deliveroo, and your rider ID. You'll need to have delivered an order within the last three weeks for your login to work. If you've only just started riding with us then it can take up to a week for your access to be granted.
Why can't I log into my Deliveroo rider account?
Try switching your phone off and on again. Log out of the app and log back in using your phone number. Check you have enough data and storage on your phone. Check you have the most up to date version of the app.
How do you log into Deliveroo app?
To log in, simply enter the phone number or email address you have registered to your Deliveroo account. If using your phone number, make sure you leave out the 0 at the beginning (so it reads +614...) We'll send you a security code by text message or email, which you can enter to log in.
How do I find my Deliveroo rider ID?
You can find your rider ID by accessing the side menu bar, and it will be shown on the top of the menu. If the rider ID is not fully displayed, you should adjust to a smaller font size on your mobile phone, and your rider ID will once again be displayed in full. Want to learn more?

How do I get a refund on Deliveroo?
You can contact us for a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid-for period. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling off period, you will not be refunded. Get in touch with us at [email protected].

Deliveroo will launch in new towns and cities throughout all corners of the UK, including in Yeovil, Bangor (Northern Ireland), East Kilbride, King's Lynn, Scarborough, Llanelli and Exmouth, after seeing customer demand for delivery services rise over the past year.
