How do I log into Deliveroo rider?
To log in you'll just need the email address that you have registered with Deliveroo, and your rider ID. You'll need to have delivered an order within the last three weeks for your login to work. If you've only just started riding with us then it can take up to a week for your access to be granted.
Why can't I log into my Deliveroo rider account?
Try switching your phone off and on again. Log out of the app and log back in using your phone number. Check you have enough data and storage on your phone. Check you have the most up to date version of the app.
How do I find my rider ID on Deliveroo?
You can find your rider ID by accessing the side menu bar, and it will be shown on the top of the menu. If the rider ID is not fully displayed, you should adjust to a smaller font size on your mobile phone, and your rider ID will once again be displayed in full. Want to learn more?
