What can you use eConsult for?
eConsult enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
Can you cancel an eConsult?
You can telephone us on 0208 741 7471 (Please use eConsult for appointment requests), cancel via SystmOnline, or come in and speak to Reception. Please let us know well in advance if you cannot make your appointment so that it may be allocated to another patient.
How do you respond to eConsult?
Post Consult Messaging (PCM) is a free and easy way to respond to patients following the review of an eConsult, to either close the eConsultation or initiate follow-up steps. Our Post Consult Messaging options come in two forms – email or SMS.
