How do I register for eParcel?

Log in to the Developer Centre with your newly created account, and navigate to the APIs page (https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis). Click on the Register your interest today link at the bottom of the 'Shipping and Tracking' section. Fill in your eParcel, OnDemand or Startrack account number and email address.

What is eParcel service?

E-Parcel is an express delivery service with competitive rates and relatively low transit time. it is desgined for cross-border e-commerce platforms and merchants to send their shipments from China to the world.

What is eParcel Auspost?

eParcel is Australia Post's online freight management system designed to streamline the distribution of products. Service Features. Comprehensive delivery service to both business and residential addresses; A unique identifying barcode on every eParcel.

Can I pick up my parcel from Auspost?

If you're not there, and an item needs your signature, or there's no safe place to leave it*, we take it to a nearby Post Office. You'll get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. We'll hold it at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to sender.

Why is Australia Post so slow now?

Australia Post chief executive Christine Holgate said lengthy delays were due to the grounding of much of the air freight network. Australia Post is retraining motorbike posties to deliver and process parcels.

What does ready for processing mean?

"Ready for processing" means that your order is being prepared, but has not yet been prepared for shipping.
