How do Etix work?

Etix is an Internet-based, print-at-home ticketing service. We are hired by our clients to sell THEIR tickets. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your event experience BESIDES the purchasing process, you must speak to a representative of the event venue at the box office before the event has concluded.

Is Etix a trustworthy site?

This is a scam. Will take your money, change dates last minute, never answer the phone and refuse refunds for their issues in scheduling. AVOID.

What is etix good for?

Do MTA etix expire?

Do mobile tickets expire? Yes. Mobile ticket validity periods are the same as paper tickets. For example, a One-Way ticket will be valid for 60 days or until used, and a weekly ticket will be valid from Saturday through Friday.
