Go to MyGCI login page. Click “Forgot Password” link and enter your MyGCI username. Check that your username is correct and follow the instructions to reset password.

Type ipconfig in the command prompt and press Enter to run the command. Scroll through the information until you see a setting for Default Gateway under Ethernet adapter or Wireless LAN adapter. That's your router, and the number next to it is your router's IP address. Close the window when done.

You can view data usage for any GCI product in MyGCI. If you do not have a MyGCI login, you can create one by calling GCI at 1-800-800-4800. NOTE: The usage viewer is a guide for estimating current usage. Be advised that real-time updates are not always available.

How do I cancel my GCI TV service?

If you are disconnecting the Service due to a move, please call our Customer Service department a week in advance of your move to ensure that your final bill is correct. You must return any Company Equipment to a GCI store within 14 days of disconnecting Service. Otherwise, you will be charged for unreturned equipment.
