How do I set the Hive thermostat?

Information
  1. Wake up your thermostat by pushing the dial and then press the Menu button.
  2. Turn the dial to select Heat and push the dial to confirm.
  3. Select Schedule and push the dial.
  4. To set up a new heating schedule scroll to Start Over and push the dialStep 5 Follow the on screen instructions to create your new schedule.

Why is my Hive thermostat not connecting?

Lift your thermostat off the hooks that hold it against the wall and take your thermostat to the receiver which you will find near to your boiler/hot water tank. Remove the batteries and put them straight back in again. This will turn the thermostat off and on which should help establish a connection to the receiver.

Why does my hive heating keep going offline?

If your Hive Thermostat is showing as offline in your Hive app, it means it has lost connection to the Hive Receiver. Press the tab on the base of the thermostat to remove it from the wall. (or pull away from the back plate if you have the thermostat with the touch screen icons).

@HiveHelper @nrpoole Hi Nick, it will be showing the name of your zone. If you named the heating zone "Receiver" this is what it will show. Tap the main control wheel in the app, settings , then rename Device. It will show you what that heating zone is named. I expect this to be named "Receiver" ^KK
