  1. Available to customers who have registered their Mobile number with the Bank.
  2. Give a missed call to toll free number 1800 180 2223 and tolled number 0120-2303090 and get the Account Balance through SMS.

How can I register my mobile number in PNB account?

Method 3: Mobile Number Registration from PNB ATMs
  1. Insert your debit card or credit card in the PNB ATM machine,
  2. Carefully press your ATM PIN number,
  3. Choose 'mobile number registration' option,
  4. Now enter the mobile number that you have used to open your bank account,
  5. For confirmation input your mobile number again,

If you forgot your username, you can call PNB Customer Service at (632) 573-8888 for assistance. How do I unlock my access? If your access was locked due to three (3) consecutive incorrect password entries, you can reset your password by tapping the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
