What is an iDatalink?

iDatalink modules are designed to interface with your vehicle's factory security and convenience feature control units to facilitate the installation of aftermarket remote starter, alarm and keyless entry systems.

What is Klon iDatalink?

KLON is an iDatalink/iDatastart programming procedure that eliminates the need to sacrifice an expensive key or key-fob for your vehicle, when installing a remote starter. KLON requires (MANDATORY) the use of the iDatalink ADS-USB Weblink Updater.

How do I program iDatalink?

Press and hold the brake pedal. Press and release the module's programming button. (OR if the remotes are already programmed to the vehicle, press and hold the start button of the remote for 2.5 seconds.) Release the brake pedal.

What does iDatalink Maestro do?

@iDatalink @Thracks @tuanies Not necessarily. I’m sure a competitor offers a wiring harness to handle speaker and some of the radio connections to the car, but our connections to the steering wheel buttons and diagnostics port on the car would be hardwired
