Last Wednesday, following a lengthy legal battle, the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) exonerated JP Markets completely, removing the threat of liquidation and paving the way for a countersuit for damages.
How do I withdraw money from JP market?
Click on 'Transfers' on the top grey bar and select 'Internal Transfers' from the bar on the right hand side. The 'from' account is your trading account and the 'to' account is your landing account. Enter the amount (in your trading currency) that you would like to withdraw.
Does JP markets still work?
SA's appellate court has overturned a ruling of the Johannesburg High Court placing online brokerage JP Markets into liquidation. The Financial Sector Conduct Authority had pushed the dealer to be liquidated for operating an unlicensed over-the-counter derivatives business.

The day after JP Markets in June 2020 paid the ODP licensing fee, the FSCA provisionally suspended JP Markets' FSP license until 30 September 2020. JP Markets was therefore prohibited from conducting new business in terms of the FAIS Act.
